Indie-yhtiöt on yksi Musiikki & Median kansainvälisen ohjelman pääaiheista tänä vuonna.
Lukuisia kansainvälisiä musiikkipäällikköjä Tampereella
Musiikki & Median synkronointiteeman alla järjestetään jällen työpajat Get Synced! ja Score! Workshop. Get Synced! -työpajassa musiikkikatalogien edustajat saavat tilaisuuden esitellä edustamiaan kappaleita kansainvälisille musiikkipäälliköille (music supervisor) ja kuulla palautetta heiltä. Edellisen vuoden Get Synced! -työpajan tuloksena esimerkiksi Tuuletar-yhtyeen kappale päätyi soimaan Game of Thrones -televisiosarjan traileriin.
Score! Workshop on pitchaustilaisuus, jossa elokuva- ja mediasäveltäjät pääsevät esittäytymään musiikkipäälliköille. Toistaiseksi vahvistuneista musiikkipäälliköistä suurin osa on merkittäviä potentiaalisia yhteistyökumppaneita nimenomaan säveltäjille!
Voit ilmoittautua Get Synced!- ja Score! Workshop -työpajoihin tämän linkin kautta 20.9. mennessä.
Finest Sounds pureutuu Japanin musiikkimarkkinoihin
Osana Finest Sounds -hanketta Musiikki & Media kutsuu tapahtumaan ison joukon japanilaisia musiikkialan ja markkinoinnin ammattilaisia, joita on mahdollista tavata Euroopassa hyvin harvoin.

KEYNOTE: TALKING TOLKIEN – LIAISON OF DIRECTOR AND THE MUSIC TEAM
What could the Finnish film and music markets learn from massive Hollywood productions and their music supervision? The Keynote of film director Dome Karukoski and music supervisors Sarah Bridge and John Houlihan will focus on the film director’s role in the music choices of a film and the liaison with the music supervisors and the music team. Dome Karukoski (Tom of Finland, The Grump, Lapland Odyssey) is considered to be one of Finland’s most successful film directors. He is the first Finnish director in decades - after Renny Harlin - to work on a Hollywood film production. Tolkien is a biopic about the formative years of author J.R.R. Tolkien in the midst of the first world war.
Keskustelu on englanniksi.
